What causes cancer?

It has been proven that humans are most suited to the foods in their climate, which have enrolled in our DNA code over thousands of years of gene transfer as healthy, necessary and desirable in their composition and nutrients, and yet ancient peoples knew that food had healing potential, but it could be and disease development factor.

The World Health Organization is a list of carcinogens that listed salami, sausage, bacon, hot dog and ham. Consuming these foods increases the risk of developing colon cancer. The organization’s memo states that just 50 grams of processed meat per day increase the chances of developing cancer by up to 18 percent. The main causes of cancer in meat are the ways in which meat is processed. This is especially risky for those dried or to which salts or preservatives have been added.
This meat is usually obtained from animals kept indoors and exposed to a variety of hormones and antibiotics. These products contain synthetic chemicals and toxic preservatives. Data collected from 62,000 people over a 9-year period indicate that respondents who frequently consumed grilled meat or similarly had a 60 percent greater chance of pancreatic cancer than subjects who preferred to eat less or did not eat at all. In addition, red meat prepared in this way through regular consumption increases the risk of prostate cancer.
Carbonated beverages contain large amounts of calories, sugars and added ingredients, such as artificial carcinogens that are carcinogenic and lack nutritional value. Common chemical additives such as caramel color and its 4-methylimidazole (4-MI) derivative have been linked to cancer triggers.
One can contains 40 grams of sugar, and anything containing more than eight grams of sugar is excessive. In addition, artificial sweeteners in carbonated drinks contribute to obesity and diabetes and are often associated with cancer.
Carbonated beverages, and even their diet variants, gain weight and increase the risk of cancer, heart and stroke, diabetes, and osteoporosis. Thus, laboratory tests show that cancer cells can only survive on simple carbohydrates, including the refined sugars found in processed foods and sweets. Unlike healthy cells, cancer cells can convert their energy from oxygen-free glycolysis in the process of anaerobic glycosis. This creates waste materials that are similar in shape to, for example, lactic acid. This waste material then goes from the cancer cell to the liver where it is metabolized and the waste part of the process is glucose. Then glucose returns to feed the cancer cells and a vicious cycle forms.
Dietary / light / fat-free products
From yoghurt to milk, fat-free products have become a hit, but since then scientists have been constantly discovering the truth about their health effects. They are labeled as a healthier alternative, but the truth is the opposite.
Although fat-free sounds like something good, because for most fats they are bad, these foods are very unhealthy. The food industry has begun to replace animal fats with unsaturated vegetable oils, which has led to an increase in trans fat consumption. And to make up for it, manufacturers have started adding large amounts of sugar, among other things. In other words, you risk weight gain, diabetes, heart disease and cancer. They also tend to contain aspartame (artificial sweetener), artificial colors, chemicals and GMOs which further increase the risk of cancer.

Chips, French fries and similar fried products contain trans fats and are therefore at risk for human health. Even a very small portion of potato snacks is enough to significantly raise cholesterol levels.

Studies have linked BPA to heart disease, bowel damage, infertility, and have shown an increased risk of breast and prostate cancer.
Industrially produced, salted, pickled and smoked foods
These foods are typically added to preservatives through industrial production, most commonly harmful nitrates, which increase their shelf life. These additives accumulate in the body over the years and can cause damage at the cellular level and lead to diseases such as cancer.
Foods that have undergone acidification have several carcinogenic preservatives and nitrates, and consuming such foods in large quantities increases the risk of esophageal and gastric cancer. In women, however, it can lead to thyroid cancer and ovarian cancer.
Highly salty foods can lead to the development of cardiovascular disease, osteoporosis, and overweight. These are all possible causes of various cancers. The most at risk group of people are those over 50 years old and those who have been diagnosed with diabetes.
When smoked foods are cooked at high temperatures, nitrates are even more dangerous than nitrates. However, this does not apply to foods that you sour or smoke yourself.
Fish, especially salmon, is one of the healthiest foods in the world because it is rich in proteins and omega 3 fatty acids. Those strengthen the heart, are suitable for controlling inflammation and are also used to control weight gain. Also, this fish is suitable for joints, tissue and bones.
However, this refers to “wild” salmon that live and feed in the wild, not salmon raised in a pond containing significantly less vitamin D and a large amount of various contaminating and carcinogenic substances, such as PCBs (polychlorinated biphenyls) , pesticides and antibiotics. Compared to wild salmon caught in the wild, farmed salmon contain 16 times more polychlorinated biphenyls, a group of synthetic man-made chemicals.
For consumption, we suggest salmon caught in the wild, preferably roasted in olive oil.
Large amounts of alcohol
Alcoholic beverages are a scientifically proven cause of cancer, but little is said about it. The risk of cancer is not only increased in people with alcohol addiction, but also those who periodically, but regularly, drink some alcoholic beverages.
The National Cancer Institute has identified a link between alcohol consumption and the occurrence of several cancers. They say alcohol causes neck cancer, esophageal cancer, liver cancer, pancreatic cancer, breast cancer, and colon cancer. The most common types of cancer in people consuming alcohol are pancreatic and liver cancer.
Liquid oils, by the process of hydrogenation, become solid fats, which in the food are further trans fats. They are found in margarine, crackers, flakes, candy cookies, chips. As in salads, fried foods, and more.
This does not mean that each of these foods is unhealthy. A study from the University of Texas confirmed that consumption of high glycemic index foods, including pastries, white bread, cornflakes and puffed rice, increases the risk of lung cancer. The same foods lead to accelerated growth of blood sugar.
Refined white flour is all around us and is the most common ingredient in any food, but a large amount of hydrocarbons is a real concern. One study found that consuming refined hydrocarbons increased the risk of breast cancer in women by a whopping 220 percent.

So make sure you wash the fruits and vegetables well, otherwise, healthy fruits can easily be considered carcinogenic foods.
